Wooo! I’m still coming down from that one. I’m happy to say that Bastid’s BBQ 2011 was a great success! We held off rain (it rained very lightly for 10 mins, but it appeared people were ‘feeling the vibe’), the DJs came with amazing sets geared towards good times in the afternoon & early evening, and I didn’t see a single frown. Except for maybe one of the tourists outside who couldn’t take the bass.

Thanks SO MUCH to all those involved, from the DJs (go check their pages now!), to UnionEast, SofaKingRaw, Steam Whistle, Red Bull, Eventrix, Dose & everyone involved in production, to all of the beautiful people who came out to dance, socialize and feel good on a special night the megacity.

We started talking about next year THAT EVENING, so you can bet we’ll be back next year for more good times. Hitting the road? You never know! One thing’s for sure – Toronto will be getting more Bastid’s BBQ.
