Two weeks ago, I had the chance to play with DJ Hi-Tek at the Manifesto Festival in Toronto, for their afterparty. He and Talib Kweli had performed as Reflection Eternal earlier in the day, and Kweli was around for the party, so he hopped on to perform some new tracks at Revival Bar. A great night! My man DJ Wristpect has more footage that I’m trying to get posted… One of the livest parties I’ve played this year! And a true honor to be in the presence of some of hip-hop’s finest.
